Hi, I’m Gillian, Wellness & Intimacy Coach. My mission is to support women in reconnecting with themselves and stepping fully into their inner glow. Having navigated my own journey of learning to heal, love and nurture myself, I understand what it feels like to be disconnected or numb to love and life.
I guide women on a journey of self-discovery, intimacy, and holistic wellness. I hold certifications in Tantra, sex, love, and relationship coaching, as well as women’s wellness and empowerment, Reiki, gut health, nutrition and wellness, breathwork and meditation, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), yoga, and more. By combining my personal experience with professional expertise, I support women in reconnecting with themselves, their desires, and their inner power.
Through this work, I help women reclaim their sensitivity, awaken pleasure, and cultivate self-love, empowering them to live with joy, confidence, and embodied presence.

What is Tantra?

Do I need experience with Tantra or mindfullness?
No prior experience is needed. This workshop is designed for all women, whether you’re new or familiar with Tantra and mindfulness practices.
Is this workshop sexual in nature?
Yes and no. Tantra honors intimacy and our connection to pleasure, but this workshop does not involve nudity or genital touch.
All practices are about self-love, embodiment, and awakening your senses in a safe, respectful, and fully clothed space.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, stretchable clothing that allows you to move freely — something you also feel good and confident in.
You can be barefoot or in socks, and we recommend bringing layers so you stay cozy during meditation or stillness practices.
Will this workshop be private?
Yes. The group is limited to 12 women to ensure a safe, intimate, and personal experience.
Can I attend if I’m new to workshops like this?
Absolutely! This workshop is welcoming to first-timers, and guidance will be provided throughout.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. This workshop is for women aged 18 and over only. This helps ensure a safe, mature, and supportive environment for everyone attending.
